Assessment of the design documentation
The law requires in § 18 sec. 5 from the builder to submit project documentation for the purpose of building proceedings in accordance with § 14 sec. 1 letter d) which is prepared in accordance with § 4 to the authorized organization, if it is intended to fulfill the tasks of the employer and the individual who is an entrepreneur and not the employer. A copy of the expert opinion issued by the authorized organization must be sent without delay to the competent labor inspectorate or to the competent supervisory authority.
