14th SOLAR KEYMARK NETWORK MeetingOn 12th - 13th March took the place 14th Solar Keymark Meeting in BORÅS, SWEDEN. Ing. Jana Levická was attended at this meeting as the authorized representative of the certification body and testing laboratory of TSÚ.

SKN meetings are held regularly 2 times per year with the participation of representatives of the following interested parties:
-Empowered certification authorities
-Accredited testing laboratories
-European association focused on solar thermal industry (currently ESTIF),
-Chairman of SKN
-Secretary of SKN
National industry representatives, who may be nominated by national associations, can also participate in SKN. If in any country there is no association, potential participants can be nominated directly, however, nomination must be approved by the SKN.
The main items of the agenda:
-Rules of Solar Keymark scheme for PV/T collectors
-Frost resistance test for vacuum tube collectors with "heat pipe"
-Calculation of annual energy yield
-Update information on CE marking collectors
-Information related to new European rules on construction products effective from 1.7.2013 and prepare of new standard prEN 12975 as a harmonized thereto
-Information related to energy labelling in relation to collectors
-Information about the activities of technical standardization committee CEN TC 312
-Information from the last session of the CEN Certification Board
-Measures against abuse of Keymark
-Report of certification bodies and inspectors working group activities
-Internal controls of certification bodies, testing laboratories and inspectors
-Approval of new projects registered for the 4th Call and report on the implementation status of approved projects.
