Measuring and rating of heat 2008

Slovak Society for Environmental Technique, section for measuring and rating the budget of heat costs, in the co-operation with TSÚ Piešťany organized the 8th year of the conference with international participation.
Slovak Society for Environmental Technique, section for measuring and rating the budget of heat costs, in the co-operation with TSÚ Piešťany organized the 8th year of the conference with international participation. Programme of the conference was devided into 5 presentation sections as usual, associated with companies presentation and discussion.

Opening presentations were focused on the oncoming energy legislation concerning subjects as energy effectiveness, energy audit, energy certification and performance of state survey on observing the energy legislation. The lecturers payed attention to budget rating according to Ordinance of Regulatory Office for Network Industries No. 630/2005 Coll., which defines the temperature of heat supplied for household hot water preparation at the point of supply and rating of supplied heat quantity. Questions regarding the measuring of hot water in accordance to provisions of Act on heat energetics were discussed.

Traditional topic was measures and technical appliances supporting just budget rating. Purchasers and producers presented their experiences.

The conference as every year was suitable for direct heat consumers, which also rate the budget of heat costs to the end customers, i.e. housing associations, administration companies, house owners associations. The conference was the information source for local self-government clerks, state officers, educational system and public health.
